I honestly can’t believe that you’re turning twenty-four/twenty-five today. It seems like it was just yesterday, when I found out who you were and declared you to be my favorite, but that was actually nearly three years ago. I adored you, as soon as I saw you and never even gave the other members a chance. And as I got to know you, I knew that I had made the right choice.

Not only are you my favorite vocalist, but you’re just an amazing person overall. You’re a snarky bitch and even though you’re the maknae, you talk back to your hyungs and don’t let them push you around and they let you get away with it, because they love you.

You’re not quiet about your nerdy interests and I think it’s cute~ I envy how smart you are. Someone shouldn’t be allowed to be such a good singer, a beautiful person inside and out, great at video games and good at Math. I hope that you always stay this way, because the fact that you’re so different than any other idol is one of the many, many reasons why I like you.

Plus, K-Pop stresses me out, with all the negative things about it, but you’ve never offended me or anyone else and you’re just a nice kid.

I really don’t say this enough, but I love you. You were the first Korean idol that I cared about and you’ll surely be the last. You’ve done nothing but make me proud over the years that I’ve known you and I’m glad to be able to call myself your fan. I hope that you day is filled with wine, movies, games and everything else that you enjoy, because you deserve it ♥♥♥
